AI is moving from answering questions to getting work done.

Most businesses have started experimenting with generative AI.

The next step is learning how to build AI solutions around the specific knowledge, processes and opportunities inside your organisation.

That's where Agents come in.

But identifying the right opportunity, designing an Agent properly and turning an idea into something genuinely useful requires more than watching a few videos or experimenting with prompts.

RorAcademy gives you a structured route from understanding the opportunity to building your first Agent.

  • No coding background required.
  • No generic demonstrations.
  • You'll learn by building.

Learn it. Build it. Use it.

RorAcademy: Copilot Agent Builder is a four-part, instructor-led programme designed to give business users the knowledge, confidence and practical skills to start building AI Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Rather than spending four sessions watching somebody else build Agents, you'll build one yourself.

You'll start by identifying a genuine business problem or opportunity. Then, across the programme, you'll design your Agent, create its instructions, connect appropriate knowledge, test its behaviour and develop it into a working prototype.

You won't finish RorAcademy with just a set of slides and some notes. You'll finish having built an Agent of your own.

The RorAcademy journey

  1. THINK

    Identify the opportunity

Understand where Agents can create genuine value and identify the right use case to work on.

  2. DESIGN

    Design the solution

Define the Agent's purpose, users, knowledge, behaviour, boundaries and desired outcomes.

  3. BUILD

    Bring it to life

Use Microsoft Copilot Studio to create your Agent, develop its instructions and connect relevant knowledge.

  4. TEST

    Make it better

Challenge your Agent with realistic scenarios, identify weaknesses and systematically improve its responses and behaviour.

  5. LAUNCH

    Take it forward

Understand the considerations around governance, security, adoption, ownership and moving an Agent beyond prototype.

From idea → to working Agent.

Four workshops. One Agent. A completely new capability.

RorAcademy combines the benefits of face-to-face workshops with focused online build sessions. Each session builds on the last, allowing you to develop your Agent progressively rather than trying to learn everything in a single day.

“I've used Copilot, but I don't really know what's possible.”

You understand AI at a basic level but don't know how Agents fit into your organisation.

“I've got ideas, but I wouldn't know where to start.”
“Building Agents sounds like something for developers.”

After RorAcademy

“I know what makes a good Agent opportunity.”
“I know how to design an Agent properly.”
“I've built and tested one myself.”
“I can build again.”

You're not just getting one Agent. You're getting a capability you can keep using.

Learn from people who build and deploy AI in real businesses.

RorAcademy isn't theoretical AI training. RorTech helps organisations adopt Microsoft Copilot, develop AI Agents, improve AI readiness and introduce the governance and support required to use AI effectively. That practical experience shapes the programme.

We focus on the questions that matter in the real world:

  • What should we build?
  • Will people actually use it?
  • Can we trust it?
  • How should we govern it?
  • Will it create business value?

Because building an Agent is only useful if it solves the right problem.
