Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Details you provide when downloading a resource are stored in our CRM (HubSpot) while there is an active business interest and are reviewed and deleted after 24 months of no engagement. The encrypted cookie stored after you complete a resource download form lasts 30 days so you can access other resources without re-entering your details. Where you have opted in to marketing emails, we keep your details until you unsubscribe. We may retain certain data for longer where required to meet legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
