Built to give growing businesses the technology leadership they've been missing.
RorTech Partners was founded in March 2026 by Adam and Cassie Blackwell, with a simple observation: growing businesses are well supported when it comes to keeping the lights on, but have little access to senior, strategic guidance on where technology and AI can take them.
They set out to build the consultancy they wished businesses could call on: senior-level, practical, accountable for results, and without the overhead of a full-time executive hire. Since launch, we've become a growing team, and those founding principles haven't changed.
Our name
Named for family, built on partnership.
“Ror” is a nod to our son, Rory, who is named after the professional golfer Rory McIlroy. Talent, resilience, integrity and self-awareness are the qualities we admire in McIlroy, and the ones we hope Rory grows up with and want at the heart of our business too.
“Tech” signals our focus on technology and innovation.
“Partners” is deliberate. We work alongside our clients rather than simply delivering to them.
