RorTech Strengthens Leadership Team with Appointment of Shona Farmer as Head of Marketing

Shona brings more than 25 years of marketing experience across organisations of different sizes and sectors. Alongside her role with RorTech, she runs her own consultancy, Pink Purple Marketing, and is contracted to RorTech Partners to provide dedicated strategic and hands-on marketing leadership.

Her experience spans marketing strategy, value proposition development, market positioning, campaign planning and delivery, digital and print content, social media, search marketing, events and performance analysis. Her practical approach is closely aligned with RorTech's belief that technology should be clear, commercially relevant and directly connected to business outcomes.

The appointment reflects RorTech's commitment to building the leadership capability needed to support sustainable growth.
