  • Earn a referral fee on net revenue from the engagement

Reseller Model

Resell, under your own terms

You own the commercial relationship end-to-end. We deliver behind the scenes.

  • Contract directly with your customer, on your own pricing
  • You invoice the customer; we invoice you at an agreed wholesale rate
  • Buy at a discount to RRP and set your own sell price and margin
  • Full control of the customer experience and your own brand

Getting Started

    A short email is all we need — customer name, contact details and a summary of what they're looking for.

  2. We confirm within 1 working day

    You'll know quickly whether we can help, and which model makes the most sense.

  3. We scope it properly

    For referrals, we take it from here. For resale, we agree scope, fees and delivery responsibilities with you in writing.

  4. We deliver

    With reasonable skill and care, and the documentation and delivery materials to back it up.

  5. You get paid

    A referral fee within 14 days of cleared funds, or your margin as agreed under the reseller model.

Yes. Referral and reseller aren't exclusive of each other — many partners use whichever model suits a specific deal.

You do. Under both models, we're contractually restricted from bypassing you to engage your customer directly, during the partnership and for a period after.

No — the partnership is non-exclusive on both sides, so there's no restriction on how you run the rest of your business.

Nothing. There's no joining fee. We agree a Partnership & Referral Agreement covering whichever model you'd like to use, and you're ready to go.
