Adam brings over a decade of experience in the IT and consultancy sector. His background spans multiple organisations across the industry, from private equity backed service providers and global distributors, to small, local software development and managed IT businesses.
At RorTech Partners, Adam works directly with leadership teams to translate AI and Microsoft technologies into practical use cases, adoption plans, and measurable outcomes. He is known for a straightforward, outcome-led approach - cutting through technical noise and helping businesses focus on what will genuinely move the dial.
His experience working closely with SMEs means he understands both the opportunities and constraints businesses face, and he brings a pragmatic view to every engagement: clear thinking, structured delivery, and accountability for results.
