Press Release
RorTech Partners and Tilio Announce New Partnership Spanning AI Adoption and AI Search Visibility

Edwinstowe, Nottinghamshire and Exeter, Devon – RorTech Partners Ltd, the Nottinghamshire-based AI, Microsoft Copilot and technology consultancy, and Tilio, the Devon-based answer engine optimisation agency, are pleased to announce a new partnership bringing together two complementary sides of the same shift: how organisations use AI inside the business, and how they're found and described by AI outside it.
The partnership pairs RorTech's Microsoft 365 and Copilot adoption programmes, AI and automation projects and fractional IT leadership with Tilio's AI search visibility work, which tracks and monitors how brands appear in answer engines including ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, then improves that visibility through content, source ecosystem development and third-party placements.
Both companies have been fielding the same question from opposite directions. Organisations rolling out Microsoft 365 Copilot and building AI into how they work quickly start asking what AI tells everyone else about them. Brands working on how they show up in AI search often find the answer depends on how well their own content, data and systems are organised in the first place.
Natural areas for collaboration identified by both teams include:
- Microsoft 365 and Copilot adoption, AI and automation projects for Tilio clients
- AI search visibility tracking, monitoring and content for RorTech customers
- Fractional IT and AI leadership alongside fractional AEO and GEO support
- Joint workshops, briefings and advisory sessions on practical, governance-led AI adoption
- Shared research and thought leadership on how AI is changing both the workplace and search
In practice, the two firms will refer customers to each other where the other is better placed to help, publish partner pages on their respective websites, and work together on joint content, workshops and client introductions.
Adam Blackwell, Managing Director of RorTech Partners, said:
"Our customers are adopting AI at pace, and the conversation nearly always widens. Once Copilot is working well inside the business, the next question is how the business itself shows up when someone asks an AI about you. That's a specialist discipline, and Tilio are very good at it. Working together means we can give customers a proper answer on both sides of that question rather than half of one."
Jack Fannon, Co-Founder of Tilio, added:
"RorTech and Tilio are working on the same shift from opposite angles. Adam and the team help organisations unlock tangible value from AI within the business, and we help them get found and described accurately by AI outside it. There's plenty of common ground and very little overlap, which is exactly what you want from a partnership. RorTech are genuine specialists at what they do, and we're looking forward to what we can do together."
Both companies expect to announce further joint activity over the coming months, including collaborative content, workshops and shared research.
